2. Before installing the tire, check whether there is any sundries in the tire, and do the necessary cleaning work, remove the rust from the tire, and check whether the rim parts are deformed or cracked.
3. Check whether the hexagonal nut at the root of the inner tube valve is tightened, and then fill with a certain amount of air pressure to check whether the inner tube is leaking. Pay special attention to the root of the valve (the water is better).
4. Before the inner tube is installed, talcum powder should be applied to the inner tube and the inner tube surface to facilitate the extension of the inner tube and the friction between the inner tube and the outer tube in use to reduce the heat generation of the carcass.
5. When installing the inner tube, the inner tube valve should be placed in the center of the rim valve hole.
6. The function of the cushion belt is to protect the inner tube from damage to the rim and tire toe. Before loading, check whether the cushion belt is cracked and whether the valve is damaged.
(2) Tubeless tires
1. Before loading a tubeless tire, check whether there is any debris in the tire cavity, and do necessary cleaning work, check whether the inner liner of the tire is damaged, whether the tire mouth is damaged during lifting, and if there is any damage, it must be repaired. But use.
2. Check for cracks and rust on all parts of the rim.
3. Before installing the tire, check whether the sealing ring is in good condition. All the sealing rings are disposable, and the used sealing ring cannot be used again.
4. When installing the tire, protect the tire opening from damage. After the tire is installed, check whether the tire opening and the rim are connected for air leakage. At the same time, check whether the valve core and the valve root and the rim fit together for air leakage.
